This Open Day is for:
- Parents and carers of current Grade 5 and 6 students hoping to enrol in Year 7 from 2027
- Parents and carers of students currently in Years 7–12 who are seeking a different secondary school option
- Professionals, such as teachers, school wellbeing staff, psychologists, speech pathologists, OTs and other allied health professionals

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get public transport to the school?
Yes.
- Train: Box Hill Station is 2.5 km away (approx. 35-minute walk).
- Bus 207: From Box Hill Bus Station stops at Alan St/Dorking Rd (approx. 4-minute walk / 300 m).
- Bus 903: From Doncaster Shopping Centre stops on Station St near the corner of Woodhouse Grove (approx. 10-minute walk).
Is there parking available?
Street parking is available near the campus on Harrison St and surrounding streets. If you’d like the closest option, allow a few extra minutes to find a spot.
Is food provided?
Yes. Nibbles and light refreshments will be provided throughout the Open Day, so you can grab something to eat while you tour the campus and chat with staff.
Should students attend?
This Open Day is primarily designed for parents, carers and support professionals. Students are welcome to attend if they’d like, but there’s no expectation that they do. If your young person prefers not to attend, we can organise a personal tour at another time, where they can visit the school and see the spaces in a quieter setting.
Why come to the Open Day instead of a private tour?
Both are useful, but they’re good for different reasons.
The Open Day is best if you want a broad picture quickly, because you can:
- Hear the full overview of Berengarra’s approach in one visit
- Meet a range of staff (not just one person) and ask general questions
- See the campus in action and get a feel for the environment
- Learn about program options (including Year 11 and 12) and next steps
- Compare what you’re looking for with what the school offers, all in one session
A private tour is best if you want something quieter and more tailored.
